Q - What do I need to run NRGSTREAM Professional?
To run NRGSTREAM Professional you need a current browser from Microsoft or Firefox. We have gone the extra mile to ensure that NRGSTREAM Professional is compatible with these two browsers. We are compatible with the Opera browser but have noticed that some buttons do not work properly. We recommend you use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
Q - What browser settings need to be enabled?
The following browser settings are needed to be enabled for NRGSTREAM Professional to function properly.

ActiveX controls and plug-ins
Download Signed ActiveX controls enable or prompt
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins must be enabled
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting must be enabled
Scripting
Active Scripting must be enabled
Q - I want to use the interactive charting on NRGSTREAM professional charts, but all I get is a big X where the chart supposed to be.
The ActiveX control for the interactive charts is not installed. Depending on your security settings, you may get the following bar near the top of your browser:

"This website wants to install the following add-on: 'ChartFX Internet' from 'Software FX.'. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to install it, click here..."

If you get this message, click on it and choose "Install this Add-on...". If you don't get this message, you will need to contact your IT department and have them install it for you.
Q - I want to download 40 days of 5 minute data in NRGSTREAM professional, but it keeps saying that there is a maximum point limitation of 10,000 points. How can I get around this limitation?
Set your Rolling Range to select your 40 days of data and click the DOWNLOAD button. Do not hit Enter or press REFRESH prior to clicking DOWNLOAD.
Q - I am trying to do an overlay of yesterday vs today on the same stream. I know that in NRGSTREAM Trader I can duplicate a stream and set it to yesterday for my overlay, how do I do this with NRGSTREAM Professional?
Go into the stream you want to duplicate. Click on the COPY button. You will notice that the stream name has COPY on the end of it. Set your rolling range to yesterday and click SAVE. Create a new chart and add the original stream and the COPY stream.
