How do I
receive alarm notifications to my PCS or pager?
To setup your
account for wireless notifications, do the following:

Change your Tymeworks account email address to the email account specified by your service provider. The service must be capable of receiving internet email. Common forms of addressing utilize the phone number, then the providers domain (ie. 403-703-2233@msg.telus.net or 780-333-8877@pcs.rogers.com).

To change In Tymeworks, select the Tools/Options from the Control Center menu. After changing the Email Address, click OK to save your changes. For each stream that you want to be notified for, you will need to Enable notification when Tymeworks is not is use on that stream properties dialog.

To change in Nrgstream, click your PROFILE tab. After changing the email address, also change the Email Format to Text/Plain. Click SAVE to save your changes.

This will work for any event or stream alarm in Tymeworks or Nrgstream. Please keep in mind that you will not be sent notifications while you are logged onto Tymeworks.
